eBay performance · for recyclers outside the top ten
Rank. Diagnose. List at volume.
The eBay desk is where most yards leave money: stock on the shelf that was never listed, titles the buyer cannot find, and four complaint causes that turn a good part into a negative. Run by someone who ran the eBay operation at two UK vehicle recyclers.

Listing month
A contracted lister puts up the stock you own that is not on eBay. Up to 1,400 listings in a month. Quoted after a stock count — no per-listing rate, because the number that matters is what the stock is worth to you, below.
See what it could be worth
After the ranking, most yards go one of two ways: a listing month if the gap is volume, or the action list if the gap is one of the four complaint causes. The ranking tells you which.
Listing month
What is the stock you haven't listed worth? Use your numbers.
A contracted lister, working to our process, puts up to 1,400 listings a month on your store from stock you already own. You do not employ anyone. The price is quoted after a stock count, because a bumper and a wing mirror are not the same job — and because the only number that matters is this one:
From your stock count. A lister does up to 1,400 in a month.
Seller Hub → Performance → Sales. Yours, not the field's.
Your own sell-through. Be honest; the number below is only as good as this.
- Listed value at your price
- £63,000
- Sales in 90 days at your sell-through
- £15,750
Your inputs, your arithmetic. Nothing here comes from the Dismantler Index and no Index figure is turned into a revenue claim. Stock that is not listed cannot sell; that is the only thing this box asserts.

Two benchmarks, one difference
The £195 ranking uses public data — what your competitors can already see about you. The eBay Store Audit uses your own exports — what only you can see. The ranking answers “am I behind?”; the audit answers “why, and what first?”. Your £195 is credited against the audit.
The Index reports how the largest sellers write titles; it does not claim one style sells more than another. Free-postage figures are always of recently listed items. Negative feedback rate is not eBay's defect rate.
